Paul L. White is one of Florida’s most experienced commercial Realtors having over 28 years experience with one of Florida’s largest independent commercial real estate companies. He holds four commercial real estate designations - CCIM, CPM, CSM, RPA and has conducted the in-house training program for 60 commercial leasing agents and sales people for the last 12 years and has lectured at International Sales meetings for ONCOR International. In conjunction with his legal counsel, he has authored seven different types of lease agreements that have been used by institutional and private clients throughout Florida. As President of the company, he has trained over one hundred leasing agents including CPM’s (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM’s (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has personally signed over 4,000 lease agreements all over Florida for such owners as Allstate Insurance Company, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Prudential Insurance Company, Mutual of New York, Mutual Benefit Life Insurance, Bank of America, Bank of Nova Scotia, First Union National Bank, Home Savings of America, Alex.
