Paul is an expert at guiding prospective tenants in their search for office, retail or industrial space.

An initial needs assessment is done to determine and understand client needs including the amount and type of space and the ancillary services needed from a landlord. A thorough market search is conducted to determine which properties will address these needs. The client is lead through an analysis of the sites including an understanding of the total occupancy costs for each site. Proposals are solicited and reviewed and the best proposals are countered. Letters of Intent are drafted and negotiated to a successful conclusion. With the counsel of the client’s attorney, a lease is negotiated that documents the agreement. Timelines are prepared to lead the client through construction to final occupancy.
